Every Aurelian engagement is led personally by founder PJ Goldsworthy.An engineer by education and a former Royal Navy logistics officer and naval barrister, PJ combines rigorous analysis with experience of building and running operations.As COO at David Phillips, he built teams and operational capability from the ground up as annual revenue grew from £3m to almost £30m over seven years, without external investment. His responsibilities covered more than 100 people.Recent engagements include international operational leadership, acquisition due diligence and negotiations followed by establishing delivery operations in Australia, and defining and setting up an ERP/MRP implementation programme.

You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.How long we keep informationWe normally retain enquiries that do not lead to an engagement for up to three years after the last meaningful contact. We delete information sooner where it is no longer needed.For continuing business relationships, we retain relevant contact details and relationship records while there is a continuing business purpose. We review these annually and retain information beyond the normal enquiry period only where there is a specific, documented reason.We retain client, contractual and financial records for as long as needed to deliver services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and deal with complaints or potential claims.
